The Prolix AFFF Foam Fire Extinguisher is a professional-grade fire suppression unit using Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) technology — the most effective agent for combating flammable liquid fires. The water-based foam formula spreads rapidly across the surface of burning hydrocarbons, forming a thin aqueous film that cuts off oxygen and prevents flame spread and re-ignition.
The AR-AFFF (Alcohol-Resistant) variant also provides a protective membrane when used on alcohol-based liquid fires, making it versatile across a wide range of Class B fire scenarios.
